Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior HR Executive to join our growing HR team. This role is primarily focused on employee relations, HR systems management (SAP SuccessFactors), audit compliance, and operational HR support.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing day-to-day HR operations, handling high-volume employee requests, and ensuring smooth HR service delivery for a workforce of 800+ employees.Multilingual candidates are highly preferred, especially those fluent in European languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, Greek, or others.Key Responsibilities✅ Employee Relations & SupportAct as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and HR-related mattersAssist in resolving employee concerns in a timely and professional mannerSupport managers in disciplinary, performance management, and employee engagement processesEnsure compliance with UAE labor law and company HR policies✅ HR Systems (SAP SuccessFactors)Maintain and update employee records and workflows in SAP SuccessFactorsSupport HR modules including onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and performance trackingGenerate HR reports and dashboards as requiredEnsure system data accuracy and audit readiness✅ Payroll & DocumentationCoordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate monthly submissionsTrack attendance, overtime, and leave recordsManage employee files (digital and physical), visa documentation, medical records, and ensure HR complianceSupport internal and external HR audits✅ Administrative & Operational SupportHandle high-volume daily HR service requests across departmentsSupport onboarding, contract renewals, internal transfers, and offboarding processesLiaise with PRO and admin teams for visa, medical, and government-related processesEnsure timely documentation and process adherenceRequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field3–5 years of HR experience in a mid-to-large organization (800+ employees preferred)Mandatory experience with SAP SuccessFactorsStrong understanding of UAE labor law and HR best practicesExperience in employee relations and audit complianceExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
