Today, Israni Entertainment offers a dynamic, creative environment with deep roots in Mumbai’s media and glamour industry.Role Description The Senior Executive Human Resources will oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience across the organization. Responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining HR records, and supporting performance management and employee engagement initiatives. The role involves developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures in line with legal and organizational requirements. The Senior Executive will address employee relations matters, support training and development activities, and collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, requiring close coordination with management, project teams, and creative staff.QualificationsStrong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in end-to-end HR processes.Hands-on expertise in HR Operations and HR Policies, including documentation, compliance, and process improvement.Experience managing Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and employee engagement.Ability to partner with leadership on workforce planning, performance management, and talent development.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Prior experience in media, entertainment, or creative industries is an advantage.Proficiency with HRIS tools, MS Office, and data-driven HR reporting.
