This full-time, on-site role in Surat includes managing HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with applicable regulations. The position involves partnering with leadership to plan workforce needs, drive recruitment activities, and support onboarding and training initiatives. The Senior Executive HR will handle day-to-day employee queries, maintain HR documentation and HRIS data, and support initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, and workplace culture. The role also includes preparing HR reports, supporting payroll inputs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align HR practices with business objectives.We are looking for an experienced Senior HR to manage and oversee the organization’s complete HR operations, employee lifecycle, performance management, recruitment, and HR policies.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.Handle employee onboarding, attendance, leave, and HR records.Manage performance evaluations and employee development.Coordinate payroll, and salary-related HR processes.Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and engagement.Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs.Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and employee performance.Prepare HR reports and provide management/leadership support on people-related matters.Maintain a positive, professional, and productive workplace culture.
