HR SENIOR EXECUTIVE – DUBAIJOB SCOPEThe HR Senior Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting key Human Resources operations with a strong focus on Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, employee data management and HR reporting.The role requires a hands-on HR professional who can ensure accurate and timely payroll processes, maintain compensation and benefits programs, analyze HR data and provide meaningful insights to support business and people decisions.The successful candidate will work closely with employees, managers and the wider HR team to ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes and initiatives while maintaining compliance with applicable UAE employment regulations.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESManage and coordinate the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.Maintain and validate payroll-related data including attendance, leave, overtime, allowances, deductions, bonuses and other employee payments.Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers regarding payroll, compensation and benefits-related matters.Manage and maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data and personnel documentation.Support the administration and review of compensation and benefits programs, including salaries, allowances, incentives and employee benefits.Conduct salary and benefits analysis and support compensation benchmarking to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.Prepare regular HR analytics and workforce reports, including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, payroll costs, compensation, overtime and other key HR metrics.Analyze HR data and identify trends, gaps and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to management.Prepare monthly and ad-hoc HR dashboards, reports and presentations for management.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data and establish appropriate reporting processes and controls.Support annual salary review, bonus and incentive processes and other compensation-related projects.Assist in developing, implementing and continuously improving HR policies, procedures and processes.Ensure HR practices and documentation are aligned with UAE labor legislation and internal company policies.Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions, salary changes and offboarding.Maintain and update employee files, contracts and other HR documentation in accordance with company requirements.Support employee relations activities and respond to employee queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.Work closely with managers to provide HR guidance and support on employee-related matters.Support performance management, employee engagement and retention initiatives.Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation, data analysis and process optimization.Maintain confidentiality and ensure appropriate handling of sensitive employee, payroll and compensation information.Support HR audits and provide required payroll, compensation and employee data.Assist with HR projects, process improvements and other ad-hoc assignments as required.JOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a sizable, fast-paced organization.Strong hands-on experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits and HR Analytics is essential.Solid understanding of payroll processes, employee compensation, allowances, overtime, leave and benefits administration.Experience working with HRIS, payroll systems and HR reporting/analytics tools.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and translate it into actionable business insights.Experience preparing HR dashboards, reports and key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism and payroll costs.Good knowledge of UAE employment practices and labor regulations.Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy and ability to handle confidential information.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.Proactive, independent, detail-oriented and results-driven approach.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees and management at different levels.Excellent command of spoken and written English.Experience with UAE payroll and benefits administration is highly desirable.WORK LOCATIONDubai, United Arab Emirates
