Apply & track with Apply EdgeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Executive – Human Resources to join our HR & Administration team.This is a hands-on HR role supporting the day-to-day delivery of key employee lifecycle processes, from recruitment and onboarding through HR administration, HRIS, attendance and payroll coordination to employee exits.The role requires someone who is organized, responsive and comfortable managing multiple HR processes while maintaining a high level of accuracy, confidentiality and service to employees and managers.What You’ll DoManage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination and recruitment administration.Coordinate onboarding and induction for new hires, ensuring documentation, system registration and joining requirements are completed accurately and on time.Prepare and administer HR documentation including offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation and promotion letters.Maintain accurate employee records and lifecycle changes in the HRIS, including new hires, transfers, confirmations and resignations.Manage and coordinate attendance, leave, overtime, claims and payroll-related inputs, ensuring information is verified and submitted within established cut-off timelines.Support payroll processing by consolidating and validating attendance, allowances, deductions and other required employee information.Coordinate employee offboarding, including resignation documentation, clearance and exit arrangements.Administer and track professional pass and immigration-related applications for expatriates and short-term business visitors.Maintain complete and audit-ready employee records and documentation in accordance with company policies and requirements.Work closely with employees, managers, Finance, Payroll and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of HR operational matters.Identify recurring HR operational issues and support process improvement and HR system enhancements.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within HR Operations or a Generalist role.Hands-on experience with HRIS, time attendance and employee claims systems.Experience supporting payroll inputs and working within monthly payroll cut-off timelines.Exposure to professional pass / immigration processes would be an advantage.Good working knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employee lifecycle processes.Good Microsoft Excel and Word skills.Strong attention to detail with good coordination and documentation capabilities.What Will Help You SucceedWe are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, commercially curious and proactive — someone who understand markets, suppliers, pricing and cost drivers rather than simply process purchases.You should be comfortable challenging existing practices, negotiating confidently, making sound commercial decisions and working closely with stakeholders across the business.Just as importantly, this role requires high integrity, transparency and accountability in the way procurement decisions are made and documented.
