قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJOB PURPOSE: To support the planning, coordination, and implementation of international special projects and strategic initiatives in alignment with Dubai Chambers’ objectives. The role supports the delivery of strategic initiatives and special projects that contribute to the organization's international objectives. The role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional projects, managing internal departments and external stakeholders, conducting research and analysis, and ensuring successful execution and timely delivery of assigned projects. The role also supports planning and implementation of ICC-related initiatives and WCF engagements.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: International Special ProjectsCoordinate and support the implementation of international special projects and strategic initiatives assigned by management. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and supporting documentation. Monitor project progress, follow up on agreed actions, and highlight risks, issues, or delays to management. Coordinate project activities across relevant internal departments and external stakeholders to support timely delivery.ICC & International CooperationSupport the implementation and coordination of ICC-related projects, programs, and activities. Coordinate with ICC, WCF, international organizations, and other global stakeholders on assigned initiatives. Support taskforce-driven initiatives and ensure activities are aligned with Dubai Chambers’ international objectives. Conduct research and prepare analysis, presentations, briefing materials, and recommendations to support management decision-making. Stakeholder EngagementAct as a coordination point for internal and external stakeholders involved in assigned special projects. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with government entities, international organizations, business councils, and other relevant stakeholders. Coordinate meetings, workshops, engagements, and follow-up actions related to international projects and initiatives. Project Governance & ReportingEnsure assigned activities are implemented in accordance with Dubai Chambers’ policies, procedures, and governance requirements. Maintain accurate project documentation, records, action trackers, risk logs, and other required project information. Prepare regular project updates, status reports, presentations, and management reports accurately and within required timelines. Support the identification and implementation of improvements to project processes and working practices.Continuous ImprovementParticipate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards and best practices, productivity improvement and cost reduction.Identify and leverage ai opportunities to drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and innovation across strategic initiatives.ReportingPrepare monthly reports timely and accurately to meet Dubai Chamber requirements, policies and quality standards.Conduct research, benchmarking, market assessments, and feasibility studies to support decision-making.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Minimum QualificationBachelor’s degree in business administration, International Relations, Economics, or related field (master’s preferred).Minimum Experience and SkillsMinimum 2 – 4 years of experience in project management, international relations, or strategic initiatives.Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder and board-level projects.Strong knowledge of international business, trade organizations, and global networks (experience with ICC/WCF preferred).Proficiency in project management.
