- Drive leasing and lending business growth through marketing initiatives, field activities, and portfolio development.
- Develop new business partnerships and channels to achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and credit risk guidelines.
- Maintain high customer service standards and support branch operational efficiency.
- Guide junior staff in achieving business and performance targets.๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐
- Bachelorโs degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Banking & Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2โ3 years of experience in the banking or finance industry.
- Knowledge of leasing, lending products, credit evaluation, and business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office; a valid riding or driving license will be an added advantage.
