Senior Executive Microbiology

Job Summary:The incumbent must be able to support in microbiological testing and documentation. In addition, the candidate must be able to perform testing and environmental monitoring in sterile and non-sterile production areas and also perform microbiological tests.Job Responsibilities:Implementation of cGMP and other regulatory standards to maintain and sustain performance of the Lab.Provide support in documentation during qualification and validation studies, during Audits, and area qualification.Environmental monitoring of Microbiology and sterile production, and trend charting of Environmental monitoring results.Microbiological testing of sterile and non-sterile pharmaceutical drug products like sterility test, endotoxin test and microbial limit tests.Microbiological testing for purified water, water for injection and steam samples.Microbial method validations and suitability testingKey Requirements:A minimum qualification of BS Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biosciences.A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience.Understanding of Good Microbiological lab practices and 5s, and of Environmental monitoring of clean rooms and basic understanding of gowning procedures.Basic understanding of Media preparation, GPT test, lab equipment and process flow.Understanding of identification steps, microbial limit test, bioburden, and culture preservation.
