Senior Executive - Operations

Purpose:To provide operational support in managing the operations value stream by ensuring efficient allocation, tracking, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to achieve on-time availability and optimal resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for Operation Coordination through coordinating with preparation, weaving, knitting, and elastic units for daily requirements, issue tracking, and follow-ups to ensure smooth operations.Responsible for Inventory & Resource Tracking through maintaining and updating yarn and elastic inventory in the system. Identifying shortages and escalating as needed and supporting efficient stock rotation and FIFO practices. Responsible for Capacity Utilization Support through establishing and implementing value stream functions in greige manufacturing to enhance problem-solving speed.Responsible for Documentation and System Update through maintaining production and issue-related data in ERP. generating reports related to usage, delivery performance, and waste tracking.Responsible for Supplier & Department Coordination through Monitoring efficiency levels of all modules and identifying training and development needs to meet current and future organizational requirements.Performing additional duties commensuration with the current role, as and when requested by management.Qualifications and Experience:Educational Qualifications:Degree or equivalent professional qualifications in Textile manufacturing. Professional Experience:2-3 years of relevant industry experience preferably in a textile manufacturing context.
