قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجWe are seeking an experienced Senior Executive – Procurement to oversee and coordinate procurement operations across the ENI Group.This role plays a key leadership and governance function, ensuring procurement activities are delivered efficiently, transparently, and in full compliance with internal policies, delegated authority limits, budgetary controls, and procurement best practices.The successful candidate will lead the Procurement Team, act as the primary point of coordination between internal stakeholders and external suppliers, and provide oversight of procurement activities across all entities within the ENI Group. This role requires a strong governance mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the procurement function.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement Governance and OversightOversee the end-to-end procurement process across all ENI Group entities, ensuring procurement activities are executed efficiently and in accordance with approved policies and procedures. Lead the Procurement Team, ensuring procurement requests are managed within agreed service levels and operational objectives. Ensure all procurement activities comply with delegated authority limits, internal controls, governance requirements, and company policies. Review procurement documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance prior to approvals. Monitor procurement workflows and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, governance, and service delivery. Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance procurement policies, procedures, templates, and governance frameworks. Ensure procurement activities are aligned with organisational objectives and support business requirements across the Group. Stakeholder ManagementBuild strong relationships with Department Heads and key stakeholders across the Group to understand procurement requirements and business priorities. Act as a trusted procurement advisor, providing guidance on sourcing strategies, procurement processes, commercial considerations, and governance requirements. Coordinate procurement priorities across multiple departments and entities to ensure timely execution of procurement activities. Facilitate effective communication between internal stakeholders and external suppliers throughout the procurement lifecycle. Vendor and Contract ManagementOversee supplier onboarding and ensure appropriate due diligence and vendor qualification processes are completed. Lead or support commercial negotiations for strategic and high-value procurement initiatives. Monitor supplier performance against agreed service levels, contractual obligations, quality standards, and delivery commitments. Oversee the approved vendor database and vendor performance evaluation process. Resolve escalated supplier issues relating to commercial matters, contractual obligations, and service delivery. Compliance, Reporting and Risk ManagementEnsure procurement activities remain within approved budgets and comply with financial controls and procurement governance standards. Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure documentation is audit-ready at all times. Support internal and external audits by providing procurement documentation, reports, and supporting evidence. Prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management. Identify procurement risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures to safeguard business interests. Leadership and Continuous ImprovementLead, mentor, and develop the Procurement Team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Allocate and oversee team workload to ensure procurement activities are delivered effectively across the Group. Monitor team performance and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen procurement governance, processes, systems, and service delivery. Keep abreast of procurement trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices, recommending enhancements where appropriate. Experience and EducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related discipline. Professional procurement certification (such as CIPS) would be an advantage. 8–10 years of progressive procurement experience, including procurement governance, procurement operations, contract management, or strategic sourcing. Previous experience leading or managing a procurement team is preferred. Experience working within a diversified group, holding company, or shared services environment would be advantageous. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret procurement data and prepare meaningful reports. Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience using ERP and procurement systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or other e-procurement platforms. Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and drive procurement excellence in a dynamic business environment.
