Senior Executive - Retail Operations

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Executive ,Retail Operations to oversee and manage the day-to-day retail operations of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, sales performance, team productivity, and exceptional customer service.The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in retail operations, sales management, team leadership, inventory management, customer service, and KPI-driven performance management.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage day-to-day retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.Drive sales, revenue, and operational KPIs in line with company objectives.Lead, supervise, and motivate retail teams to achieve business and performance targets.Monitor inventory, stock movement, replenishment, product availability, and merchandising standards.Ensure strict adherence to company policies, SOPs, operational procedures, and compliance requirements.Maintain high standards of customer service and effectively handle escalated customer concerns.Review store performance, identify operational gaps, and implement appropriate improvement measures.Work closely with Finance, HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.Prepare and present regular sales, operational, and performance reports to senior management.Support promotional campaigns, retail initiatives, and other operational projects.Identify opportunities to improve productivity, profitability, customer experience, and overall operational efficiency.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.10+ years of proven experience in retail operations, preferably in a senior management or leadership role.Strong leadership, people-management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.In-depth knowledge of retail sales, store operations, business development, inventory management, and operational KPIs.Proven track record of achieving sales targets, improving operational performance, and implementing effective retail strategies.Excellent organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stores, teams, operational priorities, and business requirements effectively.UAE retail experience is mandatory, with a strong understanding of the UAE retail market and business environment.Highly proactive, commercially focused, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeIf you are an experienced retail operations professional with a strong leadership background and a proven track record in the UAE retail sector, we invite you to apply and become part of our established group of companies in Abu Dhabi.
