The resort offers a wide range of leisure, wellness, and children’s facilities, complemented by a diverse selection of award-winning dining experiences.About the JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive - Sports & Leisure to join Jumeirah Beach Hotel.The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Deliver exceptional sports and leisure experiences by overseeing daily operations and ensuring all activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in line with brand standards.Coordinate and promote sports, fitness, and recreational programmes that enhance guest satisfaction, engagement, and overall wellbeing.Build strong relationships with guests, proactively addressing enquiries, feedback, and special requests to ensure memorable experiences.Support the planning and execution of events, tournaments, wellness activities, and seasonal programmes while ensuring seamless operational delivery.Monitor facility standards, equipment maintenance, and health & safety compliance, taking corrective action where required to maintain excellence.Prepare operational reports, track participation and revenue performance, and identify opportunities to improve service quality and drive business results.About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sports & Leisure, Recreation, Fitness, Guest Activities, or a related hospitality environment.Bachelor's degree or diploma in Sports Management, Recreation, Physical Education, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Strong understanding of sports, fitness, wellness, and recreational activities, with the ability to engage guests of different ages and backgrounds.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.Good knowledge of health, safety, and risk management practices within sports and leisure facilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to prepare reports, analyse performance data, and manage administrative tasks effectively.Demonstrates a proactive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a genuine interest in contributing to the growth of the UAE tourism and hospitality industry.About the BenefitsAt Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
