Senior Executive -Strategy and Planning

Job PurposeThis role is responsible for seeking an experienced and analytical Strategy and Planning professional to drive business planning, strategic initiatives, and decision-making. This role ensures to identify, plan, analyze, and execute long term business strategy, growth opportunities and trends.Job ResponsibilitiesPlan the development of the company's long-term strategy, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and market opportunities.Identify growth opportunities and define strategic priorities to achieve operational excellence, market expansion, and financial performance targets.Build actionable roadmaps to translate high-level strategies into measurable objectives and outcomes.Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and internal performance data to provide actionable insights to the leadership team.Conduct deep dives into critical business challenges, presenting data-driven solutions and recommendations.Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and investments to support sustainable growthWork closely with internal stakeholders to align strategies and drive execution.Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing guidance on key decisions and trade-offs.Facilitate and lead cross-departmental strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration and accountability.Lead high-impact special projects, including market entry strategies, pricing optimization, and organizational redesigns.Manage pilot programs and experiments to validate assumptions and inform long-term strategies.Define and monitor KPIs to track the success of strategic initiatives, making adjustments as needed to optimize impact.Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure access to the right data and tools for effective decision-making.Experience & Educational QualificationsMinimum 6 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm with exposure to growth strategy, operational improvement, or digital transformation.Industry experience in ridesharing, mobility, or technology is a strong advantage.Advanced Excel modeling experience is mandatory.Working knowledge of SQL is preferred.A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or a related field is required. A master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or an equivalent qualification is highly preferred.
