cultural events.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organised and internationally experienced Senior Exhibition & Art Fair Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and successful delivery of exhibitions and participation in leading international art fairs.This position requires an experienced project manager capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing budgets, supervising logistics and ensuring every exhibition is delivered to the highest professional standards.The successful candidate will work directly with Gallery Management while coordinating artists, curators, collectors, museums, contractors and international suppliers.Key ResponsibilitiesExhibition ManagementPlan and manage international exhibitions from concept to completion.Develop project schedules and operational timelines.Coordinate exhibition budgets and financial planning.Supervise exhibition production and installation.Coordinate artwork transportation and logistics.Manage exhibition opening events and VIP previews.Coordinate dismantling and artwork returns.International Art FairsLead the Gallery's participation in major international art fairs.Coordinate stand design and exhibition layouts.Manage fair logistics and installation schedules.Coordinate relationships with fair organisers.Supervise artwork shipping and customs procedures.Ensure successful execution throughout each event.Artist & Curator CoordinationCoordinate directly with artists.Manage production schedules.Organise artwork deliveries.Coordinate curatorial requirements.Schedule meetings and exhibition planning sessions.Maintain effective communication throughout every project.OperationsCoordinate contractors and specialist suppliers.Supervise installation teams.Manage exhibition documentation.Coordinate insurance requirements.Review condition reports.Monitor project risks and deadlines.Ensure compliance with museum and gallery standards.International ProjectsCoordinate travelling exhibitions.Support museum collaborations.Assist with cultural partnerships.Develop operational procedures.Improve exhibition management systems.Prepare reports for senior management.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree.Master's degree is advantageous.Minimum 8 years of experience managing exhibitions, museums, galleries or international cultural projects.Proven experience delivering complex exhibitions.Experience participating in international art fairs.Strong project management skills.Budget management experience.Excellent organisational abilities.Outstanding communication and
