You will join a collaborative Procurement department of approximately 35–40 professionals, working in a dynamic, project-driven environment where teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement are highly valued.About the RoleAre you an experienced Expeditor looking to contribute to large-scale offshore projects?As an Expeditor, you will play a key role in ensuring that materials, documentation, and services are delivered on time and according to project requirements. Acting as the link between suppliers and project teams, you will proactively monitor progress, identify risks, and take action to prevent delays that could impact project schedules.Responsibilities:Monitor supplier progress from purchase order award through final deliveryFollow up on delivery schedules, documentation, and supplier commitmentsIdentify potential delays and proactively mitigate risksOrganize and participate in supplier kick-off, progress, and inspection meetingsCoordinate with suppliers, project teams, logistics, and inspection teamsReview and track invoices, bank guarantees, inspection reports, and quality documentationSupport inspections and release of equipment for transportation to project sitesMaintain accurate progress reporting and supplier performance dataEnsure timely communication of risks, bottlenecks, and required actionsQualificationsBachelor's degree (HBO) in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or similarMinimum 5 years of experience in Expediting, Procurement, or Supply Chain ManagementExperience within offshore, marine, energy, or industrial projects is preferredStrong understanding of procurement processes and technical documentationExperience working with suppliers and multidisciplinary project teamsCurrently living in the Netherlands or another EU countryWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on your experience and expertise.25 vacation days.Commuting allowance.International and multidisciplinary project environment.Opportunities for professional growth and long-term career development.
