Apply & track with Apply EdgeAbout the role:Responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of critical materials, equipment, and vendor documentation in line with EPC and Process Package Engineering projects schedules for ADNOC projects. The role requires proactive expediting of long-lead and critical items, close coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders, and early identification and mitigation of potential delays. The position plays a key role in maintaining supply chain reliability and supporting project execution while ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and contractual requirements.Key Responsibilities:Expedite and monitor purchase orders and critical/long-lead items for ADNOC EPC and Process Package Engineering projects to ensure on-time delivery.Track vendor progress across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, documentation, and delivery phases.Liaise with vendors to identify delays and risks and ensure corrective and recovery actions are implemented.Monitor VDRL/SDRL and vendor document submissions against project requirements.Coordinate and prepare requirements for Pre-Inspection Meetings (PIM) with QA/QC and project teams.Coordinate with Project Control, QA/QC, Engineering, Logistics, and other stakeholders to align expediting priorities.Conduct vendor visits and inspections when required to verify progress and address delays.Prepare expediting reports, risk registers, progress updates, and recovery plans.Coordinate with Logistics for transportation, customs clearance, and site delivery.Identify and escalate critical supply chain risks with appropriate mitigation strategies.Maintain accurate expediting records, trackers, and documentation.Drive continuous improvement in expediting processes, tools, and reporting systems.Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while supporting customer satisfaction and company values.Requirements:Strong experience in expediting, procurement, or supply chain coordination, preferably within EPC and Process Package Engineering projects.Experience handling critical and long-lead equipment/items and monitoring vendor performance.Strong knowledge of vendor documentation, VDRL/SDRL, manufacturing progress, inspections, and delivery milestones.Ability to coordinate effectively with Engineering, QA/QC, Project Control, Logistics, Project Managers, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.Excellent problem-solving and risk-management abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization and reporting skills.High level of ownership, accountability, integrity, and commitment to compliance with ADNOC standards.Willingness to travel for vendor inspections, expediting missions, and project support when required.To express interest, please apply online and we will get in touch with the suitable candidates shortly.
