Descrizione del ruolo:Siamo alla ricerca di un Senior Export Manager che, riportando direttamente al Direttore Vendite Export, utilizzi una solida esperienza nella vendita di prodotti e servizi del settore cosmetico per guidare e sviluppare la nostra espansione internazionale.Il candidato ideale avrà il compito di: Identificare e sviluppare nuovi mercati per i marchi aziendali (settore haircare professionale).Definire e implementare le strategie di marketing e vendita ai nuovi clienti esteri.Gestire le relazioni con i distributori e i clienti internazionali.Partecipare a fiere ed eventi di settore.Monitorare la concorrenza e le tendenze di mercato.Collaborare con i team interni (Marketing, Education, Produzione, Logistica) per garantire la realizzazione degli obiettivi di vendita. Requisiti:Laurea in Economia, Marketing o cultura equivalente.Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel settore cosmetico hair care professionale in un ruolo commerciale internazionale (Export Area Manager – Export Manager – International Key Account).Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese, altre lingue saranno considerate un plus.Forte orientamento ai risultati, attitudine a lavorare per budget e in autonomia.Ottime capacità di analisi, negoziazione interculturale e comunicazione.Disponibilità a viaggiare per almeno il 40% del tempo. Role Description:We are looking for an Senior Export Manager who, reporting directly to the International Sales Director, uses solid experience in selling products and services in the cosmetics sector to guide and develop our international expansion.The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Identify and develop new markets for our company brands (professional haircare sector).
• Define and put into practice marketing and sales strategies to new export partners.
• Manage relationships with international distributors and customers.
• Attend international trade exhibitions and events.
• Monitor competition and market trends.
• Cooperate with other company departments (Marketing, Education, Production, Logistics) to ensure that sales goals are achieved.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Marketing or equivalent culture.
• At least 5 years experience in an international sale role (Professional Haircare as Export Area Manager – Export Manager – International Key Account) for cosmetic companies.
• Excellent knowledge of English, other languages ​will be considered a plus.
• Strong results orientation, ability to work with budget and independently.
• Solid analytical, intercultural negotiation and communication skills.
• Availability to travel at least 40% of working time.We offer:
