Senior F&B Quality Control Specialist

JOB PURPOSE :The F&B Senior Quality Control Specialist is responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, monitoring, assessment, and implementation of all quality standards for the receiving, storing, handling, and transportation of Food & Beverage.RESPONSIBILITIES :- Conduct research on emerging technologies and resources in the market, offering recommendations on adaptable methods.- Develop and review QA documentation, prepare reports on food safety and quality status, and gather relevant information on failed processes, system improvements, corrective actions, etc.- Develop, oversee, and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) requirements, and company food safety policies where applicable.- Conduct regular inspections and audits of all restaurants and the F&B warehouse to ensure compliance with local food safety regulations and Azadea's Policies and Procedures concerning deliveries, preparation, raw materials, end-products, storage, and handling.- Organize and conduct training sessions, where applicable with an accredited body, for all food handlers according to required certifications and Azadea's Policies and Procedures.- Investigate internal and external customer complaints, ensuring adherence to established standards.QUALIFICATIONS :Fluency in English.Proficiency in MS Office.Food and safety training certification.Bachelor's degree in Food Science, or a related field.HACCP/HABC certification is a plus.Four to six years of experience in F&B Operations, or a similar role.BEHAIVIORAL COMPETENCIES :Customer FocusPlans and Aligns PlansEnsures AccountabilityDevelops TalentInstills TrustAzadea Group is an Equal Employment Employer – All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, or any other characteristic protected by relevant local laws.
