Apply & track with Apply EdgeRole We are looking for an experienced Facilities Administrator with 8–10 years of experience to lead end-to-end facility operations across a large campus (100,000+ sq. ft.). This role requires proven experience managing a workforce that includes housekeeping staff and junior executives, along with strong command over vendor management, SEZ compliance, and workplace safety. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader capable of running operations independently, mentoring a team, and interfacing with senior management and regulatory authorities. Key Responsibilities Team & Workforce Management
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team including housekeeping staff, facility executives, and support personnel
- Plan staff schedules, and workload distribution across the facility
- Conduct performance reviews, training, and skill development for the facilities team
- Act as the primary escalation point for team-related and operational issues Office & Facility Management (100,000+ sq. ft.)
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a large campus/office premises, including upkeep, cleanliness, and maintenance
- Manage seating arrangements, workspace allocations, and large-scale office moves/expansions
- Develop and enforce SOPs for facility upkeep across multiple floors/buildings Compliance & SEZ Coordination
- Ensure full adherence to Special Economic Zone (SEZ) rules, norms, and reporting requirements
- Liaise with SEZ officials, government authorities, and auditors; maintain all statutory documentation
- Track and manage regulatory renewals (fire safety licenses, AMC contracts, occupancy certifications, etc.) Vendor & Asset Management
- Manage and negotiate with service providers across utilities, IT infrastructure, HVAC, pantry, and housekeeping contracts
- Own vendor SLAs, billing cycles, and contract renewals for a facility of this scale
- Maintain inventory and lifecycle tracking of office assets, consumables, and equipment
- Manage facility budgets and cost optimization initiatives Travel & Logistics Support
- Oversee international and domestic travel bookings for employees and guests
- Coordinate visa documentation, ticketing, and accommodation arrangements Health, Safety & Security
- Own fire safety compliance, emergency preparedness drills, and workplace safety protocols across the facility
- Ensure security procedures are implemented, audited, and regularly reviewed
- Lead incident response and risk mitigation for facility-related emergencies Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in office/facilities administration, with at least 3–4 years in a leadership/supervisory capacity
- Demonstrated experience managing a workforce of housekeeping staff and junior executives
- Proven track record handling facilities of 100,000+ sq. ft.
- Strong familiarity with SEZ office operations and compliance frameworks
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel reporting, and facility management/tracking tools
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and manage multiple priorities under minimal supervision
