Senior Facilities and Account Manager - Facility Management - Al Ula, Saudi ArabiaWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Facilities and Account Manager (Hard and Soft FM) based in Al Ula, KSA to work for one of our clients based in Saudi Arabia which is a leading facilities services company in Saudi Arabia, offering a full range of facilities management services and solutions. The Senior Facilities and Account Manager is responsible on the overall account Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for both hard and soft services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Hard & Soft FM operations across assigned facilities.Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.Deliver services in line with contractual SLAs, KPIs, and HSE requirements.Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance, asset management, and service quality.Manage budgets, P&L, cost control, procurement, and vendor performance.Lead and develop multidisciplinary FM teams.Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.Manage CAFM/CMMS reporting, maintenance planning, and performance dashboards.Support contract mobilization, transitions, renewals, and business growth initiatives.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very exciting organisation and job location, in return our client offers and excellent base salary, additional benefits and the chance for continued development and progression within their business.
