Senior Facilities Manager

At EFS Facilities Services, we are looking for an accomplished and results-driven Senior Facilities Manager to lead large-scale facilities management operations across multiple client contracts in Qatar. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, strengthening client partnerships, optimizing contract performance, and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, efficient, and customer-focused services.Role OverviewThe Senior Facilities Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end facilities management operations, driving contract performance, managing client relationships, and overseeing multidisciplinary teams. The role requires a seasoned FM professional with a strong engineering background, proven people leadership capabilities, and the ability to successfully manage multiple contracts while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of integrated facilities management services across multiple client sites and contractsOversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory requirementsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for operational and strategic mattersManage multiple contracts simultaneously, ensuring operational efficiency, service quality, and profitability across the portfolioLead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused cultureDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, asset performance, and operational effectivenessOversee maintenance strategies, asset management programmes, and technical operations to ensure optimal facility performanceMonitor budgets, financial performance, resource utilisation, and cost-control initiativesEnsure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and statutory regulationsSupport contract mobilisations, operational transitions, audits, and business growth initiativesProvide technical leadership and engineering guidance across MEP systems, building services, and facility infrastructureWhat We’re Looking For8-10 years of experience in Facilities Management, with significant experience in a senior leadership roleProven experience managing multiple facilities management contracts and large operational portfoliosStrong engineering background with expertise in building systems, maintenance operations, and asset managementExcellent people management skills with experience leading large, multicultural teamsStrong stakeholder engagement and client relationship management capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to drive operational excellence, commercial performance, and customer satisfactionStrong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsExperience within GCC facilities management environments will be highly preferredAbility to work effectively in fast-paced, client-driven and multi-site operational environmentsEducational QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related Engineering disciplineProfessional certifications in Facilities Management, Asset Management, or Project Management will be an added advantageWhy Join EFS Facilities Services?Be part of a leading global facilities management organisationLead prestigious client portfolios and large-scale FM operationsDrive operational excellence and service innovation across diverse facilitiesWork alongside experienced industry professionals and leadership teamsJoin a dynamic, multicultural, and growth-oriented environmentLocationDoha, Qatar
