Senior Facilities Manager

A leading business services and commercial real estate organization is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to lead facilities operations across its corporate offices and commercial property portfolio, ensuring an exceptional workplace experience for employees, clients, and executive stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations, maintenance, and performance of all facilities, ensuring optimal functionality and service standards.Manage hard and soft FM services, including MEP, HVAC, cleaning, security, pest control, and landscaping.Lead vendor and contractor management, including contract administration, SLA monitoring, and performance evaluations.Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and asset management strategies.Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and local regulatory requirements.Manage facilities budgets, CAPEX/OPEX planning, and cost optimization initiatives.Support office expansions, fit-outs, refurbishment projects, and workplace enhancement programs.Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to maintain high-quality office and client-facing environments.Establish and monitor KPIs, operational reports, and continuous improvement initiatives.Lead emergency preparedness and business continuity planning for facilities operations.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of Facilities Management experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership position.Strong experience managing premium corporate offices, private offices, executive workplaces, business centres, or commercial properties.Solid knowledge of MEP systems, building operations, compliance, and contractor management.Proven experience managing budgets, vendors, and facilities projects.Professional certifications such as CFM, FMP, IWFM, PMP, or NEBOSH are advantageous.UAE experience is highly preferred.Ideal CandidateA hands-on and strategic Facilities Management professional with experience supporting executive stakeholders in a corporate or private office environment, who can balance operational excellence, service quality, and cost efficiency.
