Starting in 2017 with noon.com, the region’s homegrown e-commerce platform and leading online shopping destination, noon is now a digital ecosystem of products and services - noonWe are creating the Middle East’s local digital champion and are looking for world-class talent to join our team.What you’ll do: Execute the planning of General Services activities related to facilities management, develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements.Develop SLAs, KPIs, response & resolution matrix for contracts.Conduct monthly KPI compliance sessions with the contractors to evaluate performance.Conduct troubleshoot/diagnose and provide technical support operation of maintained assetsSupervises/checks of electrical and mechanical safety and operation components of assetsSupervising PPM Audit inspection report and follow upsManaging the reactive/ corrective work order queue and preparing reports for the managementMonitoring material request raised for the spares of various assetsCoordinate and supervise operational activities to ensure conformity with regulatory requirements, internal policies, procedures and protocolsFollow up and monitor thoroughly the quality and cost of service providers and ensure completion of monthly property inspection reportPrepares monthly reports of the project handled and presents it to the Management.Develop strategies to which maximum energy savings can be obtained.Develop and implement practices that promote and protect health, safety, quality of working environment, and organization effectiveness.Prepares all permits and other documents needed prior to job execution.Develop a progress report on a regular basis for management review.What you’ll need:Master’s Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or a similar roleMinimum 5-7 years of experience in E-commerce in a related fieldStrong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve organization financial performance.Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Develop project & program work plan and ensure compliance with relevantStakeholders.AutoCAD or comparable computer drafting skills.Working knowledge of electrical & mechanical systems.In depth knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.Recruit, lead and build a high-performance Project and Program team with ongoing performance reviews.Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment and establish harmonious and effective working relationships both within and outside the organization.Promote efficient and effective logistics & supply chain management & processes.Analytical ability (e.g., pivot tables, lookup functions) to gather and interpret data to further develop, recommend and implement solutionsWho will excel?We’re looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
