Senior Facilities Manager - Roads Operations & Maintenance

Required to join a leading facilities management providing IFM, asset management, energy solutions to a range of clients in Saudi Arabia, The Senior FM Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the operational performance of service providers relating to road works (construction, operation and maintenance), street lighting, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.Responsibilities includeOperational oversight and performance managementRisk ManagementAudits and InspectionsQuality & ComplianceReporting & AnalysisStakeholder ManagementCAFM SystemsApplicants should meet the following criteriaBachelor’s degree in a related field or extensive industry experience with demonstrated technical capabilitiesTechnical background on road works (construction, operation and maintenance), street lighting and well verse in policy and Saudi highway codes.15 years + experienceA proven track record in managing the operational performance of service providers on large scale Facilities Management contractsExtensive Audit / Risk Management / Compliance experienceExcellent communication / report writing skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).Knowledge of CAFM/EAM systems and asset management principlesThe ideal candidate with based in Saudi Arabia and able to work on a single status basis.
