Location: County LouthSalary: €85,000 + 10% BonusThe Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a General Services Manager in County Louth.This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the delivery of integrated facilities services within a large and fast-paced site.

The successful candidate will ensure operational excellence, service quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across multiple service areas.Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of integrated facilities services across a large site supporting thousands of employees and visitors.
• Oversee catering, cleaning, industrial cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and support services while maintaining the highest standards.
• Provide strong leadership to managers and supervisors, ensuring effective recruitment, training, engagement, and team development.
• Collaborate with senior management to implement business plans, improve service delivery, and promote accountability across departments.
• Manage budgets, payroll, profitability, and operational performance while ensuring contract KPIs and compliance targets are achieved.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for innovation, service improvement, and business growth.
• Ensure the successful delivery of the food service operation in line with all company, national, and international procedures.Requirements
• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.
• Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
