We are backed by MOSart Semi, a new-generation IC design and product engineering company built by leaders with five decades of experience at TRAM Semiconductors, Micron, Texas Instruments and ams OSRAM.RoleLead the delivery of our analog and mixed-signal training tracks and train students to industry standards, so that every learner completing the track is ready to contribute to a real analog/mixed-signal design team from day one.Key Responsibilities• Deliver lectures and hands-on labs across CMOS analog design, data converters, power management ICs and mixed-signal design verification, using industry-standard EDA tools.• Guide mini-projects and capstone projects end-to-end — specification, architecture, circuit design, simulation, layout, verification and design review.• Develop and update course content — lecture material, lab manuals, assignments, assessments and project statements aligned to industry expectations.• Mentor and assess students, prepare them for technical interviews and drive measurable placement outcomes.Subject Expertise Required• Analog IC Design: MOS I-V characteristics, large/small-signal models, device parasitics, feedback and stability, SPICE models; amplifier topologies, cascode and differential amplifiers; current mirrors and biasing; two-stage amplifier design and pole-zero compensation; op-amp and OTA design; voltage/current references; comparators; mismatch and noise analysis.• Data Converters: Sampling theory, sample-and-hold, switch design and switched-capacitor circuits; quantization and ADC/DAC metrics; SAR and pipeline ADCs; Nyquist-rate DAC architectures; sigma-delta converters; mixed-signal layout.• Power Management ICs: SoC power-up sequencing, POR circuits, bandgap references, linear regulators and LDOs, LDO protection, DC-DC conversion and switching regulators, layout and floor planning.• Mixed Signal Verification: Modeling analog IPs, model vs. schematic comparison, scoreboards and assertions, automated checking, testbenches and AMS verification tools.Qualification• Minimum: M.Tech in VLSI (or equivalent) with specialisation in Analog Design, Data Converters, Power Management IC Design or Mixed Signal Verification.• Added advantage: Pursuing or holding a Doctorate in any of the above topics.• Tools: Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre/SPICE, ADE-XL; exposure to layout, DRC/LVS; Verilog-AMS / SystemVerilog for verification.ApplyShare your updated CV with a brief note on your analog / mixed-signal design and teaching experience.
