Combining technology, strong partnerships, and compassionate staff, Sukino designs customized healthcare packages that promote holistic, patient-centered care, including options tailored for international patients in India.Role Description The Senior Family Medicine Physician will provide comprehensive primary care and ongoing management for individuals and families, with a special focus on chronic disease management and continuity of care. Responsibilities include conducting outpatient consultations, performing detailed clinical assessments, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, and coordinating care with specialists in nephrology, cardiology, neurology, oncology, and AYUSH where appropriate. The physician will review test results, develop individualized care plans, prescribe medications and therapies, and ensure adherence to evidence-based guidelines. Additional duties involve participating in multidisciplinary case discussions, supporting community health initiatives, providing patient and family education, and contributing to quality improvement and clinical governance activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular collaboration with nursing staff, care coordinators, and other clinical professionals.Qualifications Strong expertise in Family Medicine and Primary Care, with experience in longitudinal, holistic care for individuals and families.Clinical proficiency in Medicine and Urgent Care, including the assessment and management of acute presentations and chronic conditions.Experience or interest in Community Health, with the ability to address preventive care, health education, and population-level health needs.Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams managing complex health conditions across specialties and integrating AYUSH and wellness services when appropriate.Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with a postgraduate qualification in Family Medicine, General Medicine, or a related field.Valid medical license/registration to practice, with a clean professional record and adherence to ethical clinical standards.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to counsel patients and families and document care accurately in medical records.Demonstrated commitment to compassionate care, cultural sensitivity, and continuous professional development.
