We are a close-knit team that values creativity, collaboration, compassion, and continuous growth.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Fashion Designer – Bridal & Couture with strong expertise in women’s Indian wear. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of bridal and couture design, silhouettes, garment construction, embroidery, fabrics, and craftsmanship, and be able to take designs from concept to final product.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop original designs for bridal, couture, and occasion wear, including sarees, lehengas, anarkalis, sharara’s, kurtas, and contemporary fusion wear.Conceptualize and execute seasonal and bridal collections in line with the brand aesthetic and current market trends.Develop and refine silhouettes, patterns, garment construction, and fit from initial sketch to final product.Create embroidery and digital print designs, working closely with artisans and vendors.Collaborate with sampling, production, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution and timely launches.Select fabrics and materials while managing design-related budgets and costs.Maintain high standards of quality, craftsmanship, fit, and finishing.Conduct trend and market research to identify new design directions and opportunities.Mentor junior designers and contribute to a creative, collaborative team environment.What We’re Looking For8+ years of experience in women’s Indian wear, with strong experience in women bridal and couture.Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.Strong expertise in silhouette development, garment construction, pattern making, and fit.Good knowledge of embroidery techniques, digital prints and Indian textiles/fabrics.Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and MS Office.Strong fashion sketching and illustration skills.Excellent communication, collaboration, and project-management skills.A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and expertise in womens Indian, bridal, and couture wear.Why Join Us?Be part of a passionate and collaborative team creating distinctive bridal and couture collections that celebrate Indian heritage through exquisite craftsmanship and contemporary elegance.Please share your CVs at career@tamannapunjabikapoor.com
