Senior FF&E Specialist

🚀 We’re Hiring | Senior FF&E Specialist – RiyadhFBS is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior FF&E Specialist to join our Design & FF&E Department in Riyadh.If you have strong experience in FF&E material selection, supplier coordination, submittals, and project Key Responsibilities🔹 Prepare and validate FF&E schedules covering furniture, accessories, finishes, lighting, sanitary items, equipment, hardware, and related items🔹 Review supplier options and coordinate availability, pricing, samples, and lead times with Procurement🔹 Ensure material selections align with project design intent, technical requirements, and architectural constraints🔹 Review and validate sample submittals prior to client review🔹 Prepare and maintain FF&E Material Trackers with accurate item data, costs, and lead times🔹 Compile and manage FF&E submittals and supporting documentation🔹 Track material approval requests and submittal status🔹 Support the Design & FF&E Manager in resolving material compliance, selection changes, and sample-related issues🔹 Provide technical support and guidance to junior FF&E team members🔹 Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Project Management, and other relevant departments:Requirements🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field🔹4–6 years of relevant experience in FF&E selection, procurement, or implementation🔹 Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and FF&E specifications🔹 Experience in supplier coordination, market sourcing, and material submittals🔹 Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit, particularly for furniture layouts🔹 Strong skills in documentation, reporting, and MS Office🔹 Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, written and spoken🔹 Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills🔹 Ability to work collaboratively and support junior team members📩 How to Apply: Easy Apply or EmailPlease send your CV and Portfolio to:Cv@fbs-ksa.com📌 Subject: Senior FF&E Specialist – Riyadh
