Senior FF&E Specialist

We’re Hiring: Senior FF&E Specialist (Saudi Nationals Only)Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaExperience: 4–6 YearsNationality: Saudi Nationals Only Joining Date: ImmediateFBS is looking for a talented and experienced Senior FF&E Specialist to join our Design & FF&E Department in Riyadh.The ideal candidate will be responsible for FF&E material selection, supplier coordination, schedule preparation, and material submittals, ensuring alignment with design intent, project specifications, procurement requirements, and execution standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain FF&E schedules covering furniture, accessories, finishes, lighting, sanitary items, equipment, and hardware.Research and evaluate suppliers, product availability, pricing, and material samples in coordination with the Procurement Department.Ensure material selections align with design concepts, technical constraints, and architectural requirements.Review and validate material samples and submittals before client approval.Maintain and update FF&E material trackers, including item specifications, lead times, and costs.Coordinate with the Design & FF&E Manager to resolve material compliance issues, selection changes, and sample-related challenges.Track material approval requests, submittal statuses, and project documentation.Monitor task progress, ensure timely delivery, and maintain the quality and accuracy of FF&E deliverables.Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Requirements

Saudi national (mandatory).Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.4–6 years of relevant experience in FF&E selection, procurement coordination, or implementation.Strong knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, and supplier sourcing.Experience preparing FF&E schedules, material submittals, and technical documentation.Knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit is preferred.Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.Available to join immediately.📩 How to Apply:Please send your CV to cv@fbs-ksa.com with the subject line:Senior FF&E Specialist – RiyadhJoin FBS and contribute to delivering high-quality design solutions and successful project outcomes!
