About the CompanySamsung Display is leading the global display market based on its state-of-the-art technology, and is a company that turns products of imagination into reality through endless technological innovation.About the RoleProvide technical support to customers during product development, ensuring smooth qualification and timely mass production while fostering strong customer relationships and delivering product insights.ResponsibilitiesDeliver front-line technical support to customers during product development to resolve issues and facilitate progressGather and document detailed technical requirements and specifications from customers to guide product developmentCommunicate technical issues clearly and provide detailed explanations to the HQ Application team for resolutionConduct regular customer visits to build and strengthen long-term relationships and trustAssist customers throughout product qualification phases to ensure adherence to development schedules until mass production (MP)Present pre-sales technical information on product strategies, roadmaps, features, industry trends, and competitive positioning to customersCollect and analyze customer feedback to inform Marketing on design requirements, product improvements, and new product opportunitiesDemonstrate and explain new products to customers to support adoption and understandingPerform tests and evaluations for display product qualification to verify product performance and complianceQualificationsBachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or equivalentMinimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the electronics industryPractical field experience or hands-on knowledge in multi-disciplinary system design and development, including electrical, electronics, computerized, and mechanical systemsField experience as a Field Application Engineer (FAE) in the notebook display industryUnderstanding of the display ecosystem in the ASEAN and India regionsAbility to communicate complex technical information effectively to non-technical audiencesStrong analytical skills to understand client needs and collaborate on delivering valuable solutions"We will not request or collect any confidential information, including trade secrets of your current or former employers at all times.
