Our partner is looking for a Senior Field Clinical Specialist based in the United States.This is a senior clinical affairs opportunity supporting innovative, minimally invasive solutions in the vascular care space.You’ll serve as a highly experienced clinical resource, helping guide complex clinical research, trials, and data-collection activities.The role combines hands-on clinical expertise with responsibility for study planning, execution, compliance, and reporting.You’ll collaborate with investigators, clinicians, regulatory stakeholders, and internal teams to advance clinical programs and support product development.Your expertise will help ensure clinical protocols are followed, studies progress effectively, and safety and regulatory responsibilities are managed appropriately.The position is remote while requiring extensive travel across the United States, with regional coverage centered around Atlanta or Dallas.It offers an opportunity to apply direct Cath Lab and medical-device experience to high-impact clinical programs within a global healthcare environment.AccountabilitiesServe as a senior clinical affairs resource responsible for the direction, planning, execution, and oversight of complex clinical trials, research, and data-collection activities.Support the implementation of clinical protocols and contribute to the completion of final study reports and related documentation.Recruit clinical investigators and collaborate with them on study design, costs, timelines, and execution requirements.Direct Phase III and Phase IV human clinical trials supporting products under development.Coordinate and oversee investigator initiations, group studies, and other clinical research activities.Monitor clinical sites and clinicians for adherence to approved study protocols and applicable requirements.Track study progress, assess completion status, and help ensure clinical programs remain on schedule.Participate in adverse-event reporting and safety monitoring activities, ensuring relevant issues are appropriately identified and addressed.Coordinate clinical information and reporting needed for submissions or reports to regulatory agencies.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as a clinical consultant or liaison when supporting partnerships or licensing arrangements.Apply specialized clinical knowledge to identify solutions to complex issues and contribute to improved clinical and research practices.RequirementsAssociate degree or equivalent relevant education.7+ years of relevant professional experience in a clinical or medical affairs environment.Direct clinical Cath Lab experience is required.Previous medical device industry experience is required.Strong understanding of clinical research, medical affairs, clinical protocols, and clinical data-collection processes.Experience working with clinical investigators and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize competing requirements, and operate independently in a field-based environment.Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinicians, investigators, regulatory stakeholders, and internal teams.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing clinical documentation, study requirements, and compliance activities.RN or RT credentials combined with Cath Lab experience are preferred.Previous clinical trial and/or clinical research experience is preferred.Willingness and ability to travel extensively, with approximately 80% travel within the United States.Ability to work in environments requiring prolonged periods of sitting and standing.BenefitsSalary: Base pay range of $78,000–$156,000, with actual compensation potentially varying by location and other relevant factors.Remote work: Remote position with regional coverage focused on the Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX area.Career development: Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement within a global healthcare environment.Healthcare: Access to medical coverage options, including an opportunity for eligible employees to qualify for a no-cost medical plan in the following calendar year.Retirement: Retirement savings plan with a strong employer contribution.Education support: Tuition reimbursement and education benefits designed to support continued learning and degree completion.Student debt support: Access to programs designed to help eligible employees address student debt.Wellness: Health and wellness benefits intended to support employees and their families.Impactful work: Opportunity to contribute to clinical programs involving innovative vascular technologies and patient-care solutions.How Jobgether WorksWe use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
