CroíValve are looking for a Senior Field Clinical Specialist will serve as a key clinical and procedural resource supporting the development and clinical adoption of the company's innovative tricuspid structural heart technology.Working closely with physicians, clinical investigators, clinical operations, and cross-functional teams, the Senior Field Clinical Specialist will provide expert procedural support during the implant procedure, deliver physician and staff education, and support clinical trial execution at participating sites.Reporting LinesReports directly to the Head of Clinical or designate.Key Responsibilities and DutiesSupport physicians and clinical research staff throughout patient selection, procedure preparation, device implantation, and post-procedure assessment.Provide expert clinical and technical support during implant procedures, and proactively prepare contingency plans to address unforeseen occurrences.Coordinate and provide training sessions in the hospital environment to educate physicians and site staff on device implantation.Leverage existing relationships with sites including KOLs, investigators, referring physicians, and research team members, through regular outreach and education activities.Significant travel >50% of time which will include overnights, largely within US with some International travelEscalate clinical, technical, or safety concerns appropriately and promptly.Support troubleshooting of device-related procedural issues in collaboration with internal clinical and technical teams.Partner with clinical research colleagues to meet business needs in the field including site qualification and initiation activities, site contracting, data collection, and resolution of critical issuesRecognize restrictions to protocol adoption and clinical trial awareness, and develop specific strategies with site research teams to meet those challengesIdentify therapy adoption opportunities in collaboration with management teamCollaborate with product development teams to provide feedback on device features and new device developmentProactively ensure Company Goals are achievedEnsure interactions with colleagues/stakeholders fully reflects the company values:One Team: working together to ensure the whole is greater than the sum of the partsPersonal Ownership: deliver on commitmentsOpen Communication: Honest open-minded communicationFun: celebrate the successesContinuous Learning: at an individual and company levelSolution Orientated: Identify problems but focus your energy on solutionsQuality Focused: patient safety comes firstEssential Requirements Technical: Clinical Leader with deep understanding of tricuspid anatomy, right-heart physiology, imaging, device mechanics, and procedural workflow. Strong clinical judgment with a patient-focused approach to clinical decision-making.Problem Solving: Remains calm and effective in complex procedural environments. Able to identify issues rapidly and coordinate appropriate solutions. Demonstrates sound judgment regarding when to escalate clinical or technical concerns. Drives a culture of data-driven problem solving that ensures the correct implantation of novel medical devices. Management of activities, including delegation of discrete work packages to more junior engineers. Ensures timelines are met. Ability to positively influence others while understanding and responding to their perspective.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, nursing, cardiovascular technology, or related clinical/scientific discipline.5+ years of relevant clinical or medical device experience, preferably within structural heart, interventional cardiology, or transcatheter therapies.Strong understanding of tricuspid valve disease and transcatheter tricuspid interventions.Demonstrated experience supporting complex cardiac or structural heart procedures in a clinical or device-company environment.Experience working directly with interventional cardiologists and multidisciplinary structural heart teams.Experience supporting clinical trials, investigational devices, or early-stage medical technologies strongly preferred.Strong understanding of cardiac imaging and procedural workflow, including TEE and/or fluoroscopy.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across a highly cross-functional organization.Availability to travel >50% of the time is required.The above role profile is not designed to cover a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
