Our partner is looking for a Senior Field Clinical Specialist, TMTT based in India.This role is an opportunity to serve as a senior clinical expert supporting the safe and successful adoption of advanced transcatheter mitral and tricuspid therapies. You will work closely with physicians, cath lab teams, imaging specialists, and hospital stakeholders across complex structural heart procedures. The position combines hands-on procedural support, clinical education, therapy development, and customer engagement. You will provide real-time guidance during clinical implants while helping healthcare professionals build confidence with imaging, equipment, software, and procedural techniques. The role also contributes to clinical investigations, product development, and the continuous improvement of training and case-support practices. It is well suited to an experienced cardiovascular clinical professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is motivated by improving patient outcomes through innovative medical technology.AccountabilitiesServe as a clinical lead across the therapy, providing expertise in imaging, procedural integration, troubleshooting, equipment, software, tools, and products required for clinical use.Provide intraoperative case coverage and real-time procedural support during complex clinical implants, including contingency planning for unforeseen situations.Educate and train physicians, imaging specialists, cath lab teams, and hospital personnel on technical and clinical aspects of therapies, procedures, and investigational products.Coordinate and deliver one-on-one training sessions, structured in-service education programs, and post-commercial clinical education across relevant technologies.Provide imaging expertise and guide clinical teams on effective operation and application of imaging equipment and associated technologies.Support assigned clinical investigations by providing on-site clinical guidance and helping ensure procedures are conducted safely and effectively.Identify strategic priorities within the assigned territory and provide recommendations to sales representatives and managers based on clinical needs and field observations.Document procedural case observations and translate learnings into updates for clinical education, training materials, and field practices.Collaborate with product development teams by providing field feedback and recommending solutions for device iterations and new product development.Identify and train selected hospital staff members to serve as designated experts for relevant products and technologies.Mentor and support other clinical specialists through field training and knowledge-sharing activities.Participate in cross-functional initiatives with marketing, physician sales training, product development, and other internal teams.Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders while representing the organization professionally in significant clinical and strategic engagements.Adhere to applicable clinical, quality, environmental health and safety, and Good Clinical Practice requirements.Manage competing priorities effectively while maintaining a high level of attention to detail, professionalism, and clinical quality.RequirementsAssociate’s degree or equivalent technical qualification or certification in a relevant field such as echocardiography, nursing, cardiovascular technology, or a related discipline.At least 7 years of relevant medical device and/or clinical experience.Professional experience as a clinical specialist, imaging specialist, or echocardiographer with Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE) or CT experience, or significant experience working with structural heart devices.Relevant professional certification is preferred, such as RDCS through ARDMS or equivalent credentials in nursing, cardiovascular sonography, cardiovascular technology, or related clinical disciplines.Strong knowledge of cardiovascular science, valvular heart disease, cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology relevant to structural heart therapies.Strong understanding of cardiovascular imaging principles and the ability to analyze and interpret imaging in complex clinical settings.Experience with imaging analysis software such as 3Mensio, TomTec, Vitrea, Circle VI, or comparable platforms is preferred.Demonstrated ability to guide and instruct imaging specialists and clinical teams on imaging equipment and procedural applications.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with physicians, healthcare professionals, internal teams, and senior stakeholders.Strong diplomacy, influencing, relationship-management, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, field-based clinical environment while maintaining strict attention to detail.Successful completion of applicable field training requirements and certification in case management and relevant imaging software, including completion of the required primary case experience.Experience as a certified field trainer or mentor, with demonstrated ability to support and develop other employees through structured clinical training programs, is preferred or required depending on the applicable training pathway.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and represent the organization on strategic projects and initiatives.Ability to interact professionally with senior internal and external stakeholders on complex matters requiring coordination across
