Perleybrook Labs is looking for a Senior Field Service Engineer to join our team in Kochi!If you enjoy solving real-world technical challenges, working with cutting-edge AI & IoT technologies, and interacting directly with customers, this could be the right opportunity for you.At Perleybrook Labs, we build technology that makes industrial workplaces safer, smarter, and more efficient.Our flagship product, FLAGMAN, combines IoT, Edge AI, Video Analytics, and Cloud technologies to address critical industrial safety and productivity challenges across manufacturing environments.Location: Chennai, TamilnaduRole: Senior Field Service EngineerWork Mode: On-siteTravel: PAN IndiaWhat You'll DoAs a Senior Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:Installing, commissioning, configuring, and maintaining FLAGMAN IoT and AI-based systems at customer sites.Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and edge computing issues.Performing preventive maintenance and ensuring reliable system performance.Providing technical support and training to customers and onsite teams.Working closely with customers to understand issues, manage expectations, and deliver effective solutions.Coordinating service visits and maintaining accurate service and installation documentation.Collaborating with our R&D, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.Capturing customer feedback and contributing to continuous product and service improvements.Following all required safety, quality, and service standards.Travelling occasionally to customer sites and partner locations as required.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who has:Strong experience in field service, installation, commissioning, and technical support of hardware and software systems.Hands-on experience troubleshooting IoT, networking, embedded systems, or edge computing devices.Experience in preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and system performance monitoring.Strong customer-facing and communication skills.Good understanding of TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, networking concepts, and Windows/Linux environments.Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and IoT systems is an added advantage.Experience in manufacturing, EHS, industrial automation, machine safety, or similar environments will be a plus.Ability to work independently and confidently at customer sites.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with remote technical and engineering teams.EducationBachelor’s degree or Diploma in:Electrical EngineeringElectronics EngineeringOr a related technical fieldEquivalent practical experience will also be considered.Why Join Perleybrook Labs?You'll get the opportunity to work at the intersection of AI + IoT + Hardware + Cloud, solving meaningful problems in industrial safety.You'll be part of a team building technology that is deployed in real manufacturing environments across the world—where your technical expertise directly contributes to making workplaces safer and more productive.Ready to build safer and smarter workplaces with us?
