This initiative will help maintain operational stability, ensure security compliance, and improve end-user productivity across the organization.An additional resource is needed to support deployment activities, device setup, migration, and end-user support to ensure timely project execution without impacting existing service levels or daily operations.Roles & Responsibilities:Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, and peripheralsSupport computer refresh and device migration activitiesTroubleshoot hardware and Windows operating system issuesProvide onsite technical support to end usersPerform device setup, imaging, upgrades, and replacementsTrack deployment status and maintain accurate asset recordsCoordinate with the Deskside Support team to ensure timely project completionManage multiple deployment tasks while meeting deadlinesLift, move, and transport IT equipment as neededRequired Skills:Strong understanding of computer hardware and Windows systemsHands-on experience with desktop/laptop deployment and setupGood troubleshooting and customer service skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentReliable transportation and punctuality
