Senior Field Service Technician

Service Engineer & TrainerAs a Service Engineer & Trainer, you are the face of our organization. You will workindependently, whilst being part of a dedicated team.Your duties will include:

• Machine installation: Positioning, assembling and calibrating machines. This includessetting up tool magazines, calibrating tools andcommencing production.
• Providing instruction: Training machine operators in programming, starting upproduction and machine maintenance
• Maintenance and repairs: Carrying out preventive maintenance and resolvingelectrical, mechanical and software faults.
• Digital work processes: You will receive work orders via a tablet and providefeedback on your work via the same system.
• Collaboration: You will work closely with the in-house service team and otherservice engineers and sales staff.What we offer:

• An MBO qualification in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or asimilar field.
• Experience with machine tools, machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• A good command of Dutch and English.
• Good communication skills; you can switch easily between communicating with operators and directors.
