Senior Finance Accountant – SAP HANA / SAP S/4HANALocation: UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience: 5+ YearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Accountant with strong expertise in financial accounting, management reporting, and SAP HANA / SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO). The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing management reports, analyzing financial performance, and supporting business decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesManage General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.Prepare and analyze P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budget vs. Actual, and variance reports.Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making.Monitor financial performance, expenses, and cash flow.Review accounting entries, invoices, payments, and supporting documentation.Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in SAP HANA / SAP S/4HANA.Generate and analyze financial reports through SAP.Ensure compliance with IFRS, company accounting policies, and applicable UAE VAT requirements.Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency.Perform other finance and accounting responsibilities as assigned.SAP HANA / SAP S/4HANA – FI/COHands-on experience with SAP HANA / SAP S/4HANA – Finance (FI/CO).Process and review financial transactions and accounting entries in SAP.Perform reconciliations and resolve posting discrepancies.Generate and analyze financial and management reports using SAP.Support financial data accuracy, reporting, and system improvements.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.Strong experience in financial accounting and management reporting.Hands-on experience with SAP HANA / SAP S/4HANA, preferably FI/CO.Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.UAE accounting and VAT experience will be an advantage.ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.Apply NowIf you have strong financial accounting experience combined with hands-on SAP HANA / SAP S/4HANA FI/CO expertise and are looking for an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic finance function, we would like to hear from you.
