Senior Finance & Operation Manager

Monroe Consulting Group is assisting a leading multinational data center company in Indonesia in their search for a Senior Finance & Operations Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee daily finance operations, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Fixed Asset Management.Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, statutory requirements, and audit processes.Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports, reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules.Lead, coach, and develop a finance operations team of approximately 5–9 members, fostering accountability and high performance.Act as the primary liaison between the Finance Controller and the finance team, ensuring effective communication and operational alignment.Drive process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance finance operations and reporting efficiency.Collaborate with regional finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders to support business objectives and finance transformation initiatives.Identify operational risks and implement effective controls and corrective actions.Remain actively involved in day-to-day finance operations, providing hands-on support beyond managerial oversight.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 4–5 years in a managerial leadership role.Mandatory background in a Big Four or reputable public accounting firm (KAP).Strong hands-on experience in General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Asset Accounting.Proven experience leading and developing finance teams of approximately 5–10 direct reports.Mandatory experience using SAP Hana ERP.Demonstrated ability to remain operationally involved in finance activities, rather than solely performing a supervisory role.Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across different organizational levels.Mature leadership style with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and drive positive cultural change.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.Professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with experience working in a multinational environment preferred.
