In this role, you will support key financial planning and reporting functions, helpingleadership make informed business decisions through accurate data analysis and strategic insight.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reportsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processesMonitor financial performance against targets and investigate variancesBuild and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios and investment opportunitiesPartner with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and analysisAssist in the preparation of board and executive-level presentationsEnsure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirementsIdentify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiencyQualificationsPart qualified or actively working towards finance qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar roleStrong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with accounting systems (e.g., Xero, Quickbooks) a plusFamiliarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker a plusSolid understanding of relevant financial reporting standards (UK GAAP, FRS 102, IFRS)Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsNice to HaveExperience working in the music industry, media industry or merchandise industryInterest in music and media
