Senior Finance Analyst

Role Description The Direktör is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Jiddah, responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic direction of the diagnostic center. This role includes managing clinical and administrative departments, ensuring high standards of patient care, and coordinating diagnostic services to optimize efficiency and quality. The Direktör will develop and implement operational policies, manage budgets and resource allocation, and monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Daily tasks involve leading multidisciplinary teams, supporting staff performance and development, and fostering effective communication among medical professionals, administrative personnel, and external partners. The Direktör also represents the organization in local networks, supports business development initiatives, and drives continuous improvement in patient experience and service delivery.QualificationsProven leadership experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or hospital administration, with a track record of managing multidisciplinary teams.Strong operational management skills, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and process optimization within a medical setting.Solid understanding of clinical workflows, diagnostic services, and healthcare quality and safety standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, clinicians, staff, and external stakeholders.Experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and implementation of healthcare policies and procedures.Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Healthcare Management, Medicine, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.Demonstrated ability to work on-site, handle complex situations, make informed decisions, and maintain a patient-centered approach.Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages relevant to the region is beneficial.
