Position: Senior Finance Associate / Assistant Manager / Finance Manager (Local Hire - Thai National)Type of Employment: Full-timeLocation: Dragon Town, Pathum Wan, BangkokWorking Time: Mon - Fri, 10.00-19.00 (Negotiable)Role Overview:We are looking for a hands-on, highly adaptable finance professional to take full ownership of our Group’s financial ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as our sole Finance Lead, you will bridge the gap between daily operations and financial strategy. In this role, you will work closely with the management team, manage external accounting vendors, and build our financial infrastructure and reporting systems from the ground up. This is an ideal role for a self-driven finance professional who enjoys turning operational chaos into structured systems and is ready to take on a key leadership role as the company grows.Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) & Strategic DirectionExecutive Decision Support: Partner directly with the CEO and Management team to align financial performance with company strategy, providing actionable insights to guide business decisions.Financial Modeling & P&L Management: Build, maintain, and refine Financial Models, store-level P&L forecasts, COGS analysis, and margin tracking across all brands and projects.Budgeting & Variance Analysis: Lead the annual budgeting process, track actual performance against targets, identify variance drivers, and present proactive solutions to leadership.Growth & Unit Economics: Evaluate Unit Economics, ROI, and financial feasibility for new store rollouts, brand expansions, pop-up concepts, and marketing campaigns.2. Financial Control, Operations & Stakeholder ManagementFinance Operations & Cost Control: Work directly with supply chain, production, and store operations teams to monitor raw material yield, COGS fluctuations, waste management, and central kitchen efficiency.Cash Flow & Financial Control: Manage cash flow forecasting, track CAPEX vs. OPEX spending, and set up financial guardrails to prevent revenue leakage.Vendor & External Stakeholders: Lead day-to-day coordination with external accounting, tax, and audit vendors. Act as the primary finance contact for internal teams (Operations, Marketing) and external stakeholders (investors, board members, financial institutions).3. System Building & Process SetupSystems & Integration: Lead the setup and rollout of our Finance ERP, Cloud Accounting tools, POS integrations, and automated reporting workflows.Internal Controls & SOPs: Design, implement, and standardize internal control frameworks, approval matrix, and operational SOPs across multi-entity operations.Dashboards & Automation: Build executive reporting templates and real-time performance dashboards to streamline data flow and reporting.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience (2–7 Years across relevant levels):2–3 years: for Senior Finance Associate3–5 years: for Assistant Finance Manager5–7 years: for Finance ManagerSolid background in FP&A, Financial Control, Corporate Finance, or Finance Operations. Experience in Big 4 Audit, Advisory, or fast-growing F&B/Retail/Startups is a strong plus.Autonomous Ownership: Ability to drive finance operations independently as a sole lead, making sound financial judgments without requiring day-to-day technical supervision.Hands-on Problem Solver: Proven track record of operating in fast-moving, evolving environments and turning unstructured processes into clear, scalable systems.Operational & Strategic Mindset: Equally comfortable doing high-level executive presentations for the CEO and rolling up your sleeves for store-level stock or yield deep-dives.Great Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with executives, store teams, and external partners.Technical & System Proficiency:Advanced Financial Modeling in Excel / Google Sheets.Experience with Cloud Accounting software (e.g., PEAK Accounting, FlowAccount) is highly preferred.Exposure to ERP systems, POS data, and BI tools (PowerBI/Tableau/Looker) is a plus.Language: Professional command of Thai and English.Quick apply via LinkedIn or direct to hr@jytecom.com
