The role reports to the Head of FP&A and has a dotted-line working relationships into both the Financial Controller supporting the connection between actual financial performance, forecasting, reporting, controls and business decision-making.This role is responsible for an Increase in focus on business performance, profitability, and cash generation strengthen analysis, improve data quality and ensure finance outputs are joined up, commercially clear and operationally valuable. The role is a trusted advisor to the CFO and functional leaders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis activities.Provide insightful financial analysis, scenario modelling, variance reporting, and business recommendations to support decision-making.Partner with operational and commercial teams to understand key business drivers and improve planning accuracy.Support month-end close activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, audit requirements, and internal control processes.Prepare management reports, KPI analysis, executive presentations, and performance commentary for senior leadership.Lead business case development, investment appraisals, and financial assessments for strategic initiatives and projects.Drive process improvements across reporting, forecasting, ERP systems, and finance operations.Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Commercial, and HR teams to deliver actionable financial insights and support business objectives.Act as a bridge between FP&A and Controllership teams, ensuring alignment of actuals, forecasts, reporting outputs, and finance priorities.Identify risks, opportunities, and process gaps, driving practical solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements:Saudi National.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Professional accounting qualification (CA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, SOCPA, or equivalent).6+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Controllership, or related finance roles.Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting skills.Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Oracle ERP is an advantage.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively while working across multiple functions.Experience within aviation, transport, infrastructure, or other complex operational environments is preferred.We appreciate the interest of all applicants and wish you all the best; only candidates shortlisted for the next stage of the recruitment process will be contacted.
