With a robust distribution network boasting over 1000 touch points nationwide, the company has embraced modern retail practices by securing retail spaces in luxury malls, establishing exclusively branded stores for an unparalleled customer experience, and launching an E-commerce platform that attracts over 600,000 site visits per year.Senior Finance ExecutiveJob PurposeTo support financial decision-making by analysing financial performance, reviewing P&Ls and key financial indicators, identifying variances and trends, and providing meaningful financial insights to management.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse P&L statements, budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports to assess business performance.Review financial data and identify key trends, variances, risks, and areas requiring attention.Prepare management reports and provide financial insights to support decision-making.Monitor actual performance against budgets and investigate significant variances.Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business performance analysis.Work closely with relevant departments to understand financial performance and operational drivers.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information and reports.Qualifications & ExperienceCIMA qualified is mandatory.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance, management accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role.Strong ability to read, interpret, and analyse P&Ls and financial statements.Strong analytical and numerical skills with good attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
