Team members join a mission-driven environment dedicated to improving cancer care access and outcomes across the region.Role Description The Senior Finance Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at AOI’s facility in Hisar. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day finance operations, including preparation and review of financial statements, monitoring budget utilization, and ensuring accurate financial reporting in line with organizational and regulatory standards. The Senior Finance Executive will manage GST-related compliance, support audits, and maintain proper documentation of transactions and records. The role includes analyzing financial performance, generating management reports, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decisions. The individual will collaborate closely with clinical, administrative, and corporate teams to maintain financial discipline, optimize resource utilization, and support growth initiatives.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong core finance skills, including Finance and Financial Reporting, with experience managing end-to-end finance operations.Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements, including preparation, review, and interpretation for management and regulatory purposes.Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, support budgeting, and assist in decision-making.Candidates should possess working knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST), including compliance, return filing, and coordination with auditors and authorities.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.Demonstrated experience in healthcare or hospital finance, strong attention to detail, proficiency with accounting/ERP software, and familiarity with internal controls and audit processes.Ability to work on-site in Hisar, collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, communicate clearly, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced clinical environment.
