This role is ideal for someone who can translate numbers into insights, support strategic decisions, and drive financial discipline across departments.ResponsiblitiesFinancial Planning & AnalysisAssist in annual budgeting and rolling forecastsTrack actuals vs budget and highlight key variancesAnalyze revenue, costs, and profitability across projects and departmentsSupport leadership with data-driven financial insightsMIS & ReportingPrepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and management summariesBuild and maintain financial models and performance trackersProvide insights on business performance and key financial metricsEnsure timely and accurate reporting across functionsExpense & Cost ManagementMonitor and control company-wide expenses against budgetsReview employee reimbursements and operational spendsIdentify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvementsPartner with procurement and operations teams for better cost planningBusiness Finance PartneringWork closely with departmentsSupport project costing, pricing strategies, and margin improvementProvide financial inputs for new projects and business initiativesEnable teams to make financially sound decisionsCash Flow & Working Capital TrackingMonitor cash flow trends and highlight potential risksTrack receivables and collections with relevant stakeholdersSupport working capital planning and fund utilizationProcess Improvement and AutomationDrive improvements in financial tracking and reporting systemsBuild automated dashboards and reporting structuresImprove efficiency in financial workflows and data visibilityKey RequirementsQualification: MBA Finance / B.Com / CA Inter / CMA InterExperience: 4–7 years in FP&A / Business Finance rolesExperience in startup or multi-entity environments preferredStrong understanding of financial analysis and business metricsAdvanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (mandatory)Familiarity with ERP tools (Odoo, Tally, or similar)Key SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsCommercial and business-oriented mindsetExcellent communication and stakeholder managementHigh ownership and proactive approachAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentWhat we are looking forSomeone who can act as a finance partner to the business, not just a support functionA professional who can simplify numbers into actionable insightsA self-driven individual who can build and improve finance processes
