Team members, known as Oji-ans, are united by E.P.I.C.T core values: Efficiency, Passion, Integrity, Commitment, and Teamwork.Role Description The Senior Finance Executive will manage and oversee day-to-day finance operations, including preparation and review of financial statements, periodic financial reporting, and variance analysis. This full-time, on-site role based in Selangor, Malaysia involves monitoring cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The role includes handling tax-related matters such as Goods and Services Tax (GST), liaising with auditors, tax agents, and banks, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The Senior Finance Executive will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for decision-making, contribute to process improvements, and support management in strategic planning and cost optimization.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Finance and Financial Statements, including preparation, review, and interpretation.Candidates should possess solid Financial Reporting skills, including management reports, statutory reporting, and compliance with relevant standards.Candidates should possess excellent Analytical Skills for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance monitoring.Candidates should possess familiarity with Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other local tax regulations, and experience in tax reporting and compliance.Relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) are an advantage.Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments, including cost control and inventory-related finance processes, is beneficial.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively, communicate clearly with stakeholders at different levels, and uphold high standards of integrity and confidentiality.
