Senior Finance Executive

This role will be placed in our sister's company, PT Nusantara Trade Mandiri (NUS) in Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia.POSITION INTRODUCTORY:Prepare monthly accounts and supplementary schedules to ensure timely and accurate submission of month end financial reportsRESPONSIBLITIES:Support in the development and management of Budget for company (Opex, Capex, A&P)Manage AR from customers, billings, ageing & reconciliation.Governance on Budget vs A&P spend.Manage stock indenting and payments to principal.Support management of Cash Flow for company.Support P&L and financial reports for company.Support Finance Manage in undertaking basic HR responsibilitiesREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in accountingMinimum 5 years’ experience in Finance Accounting at Senior / Supervisor Level.Preferably with experience in General Admin, invoicing Tax, Account Payable / Receivable & Preparation of Financial Report, and or well-known Public Accounting Office (KAP).Strong understanding & experience with Accounting, FAT, Corporate Tax, treasury & cash management.Strong computer skills (Ms. Office & ERP Systems).Basic understanding of HR regulations under Indonesia labor lawProblem solving oriented, keen attention to details, able to work effectively under pressure.A good command of English would be an advantage.
