The role involves preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. The Senior Finance Executive will manage GST-related compliance, including filings, reconciliations, and documentation, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on tax and audit matters. Responsibilities also include monitoring budgets, supporting cost control initiatives, providing analytical insights for management decisions, and maintaining adherence to company policies and relevant regulations.Qualifications Strong foundation in Finance, with the ability to interpret and apply financial principles to business operations.Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.Goods and Services Tax (GST) knowledge, including compliance, filing, and reconciliation.Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certification (CA, CMA, or equivalent) is an advantage.Experience in a senior or similar finance role, preferably in manufacturing or energy solutions sectors.Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced skills in Excel and other financial tools.Ability to work on-site in Hosur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
