Senior Finance Executive

Location: NoidaExperience: 3–5 YearsQualification: B.Com/M.Com (Semi-qualified CA/CS preferred)About the RoleWe're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Manager toindependently manage the company's end-to-end finance and accounting operations.The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting, taxation, payroll,statutory compliance, financial reporting, and hands-on experience with Zoho Books.Key Responsibilities● Manage end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, and General Ledger.● Generate client invoices, manage receivables, and process vendor payments.● Perform bank, vendor, and client reconciliations.● Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and financial reports.● Handle budgeting, cash flow planning, and expense monitoring.● Process monthly payroll, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.● Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and ESI compliance, including returnfilings.● Maintain accurate financial records in Zoho Books and optimize accountingworkflows.● Coordinate with auditors and ensure audit-ready documentation.What We're Looking For● 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Finance & Accounts.● Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Payroll, PF, ESI, and statutorycompliance.● Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is important.● Proficiency in Tally, Advanced MS Excel, and accounting software.● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.● Self-driven individual capable of independently managing the Finance function.
